Advantages of peanuts

Peanuts are known to be a major snack ingredient in India and they are used in many ways for a lot of uses. However there are a lot of advantages of peanuts when it comes to being beneficial for health. Peanuts are full of many vitamins and other beneficial elements and phytonutrients and antioxidants etc. They are considered to be the best sources of vitamin E which protects the skin from harmful free radicals and prevents aging. Moreover, peanuts are very rich in vitamin B complex especially, folic acid, pantothenic acid, riboflavin etc and one of the biggest advantages of peanuts is that they can help prevent oxidative damage to the body.

Broccoli is a staple salad vegetable but it also has some amazing nutrients which makes it a very healthy food item. People often wonder what nutrients are in broccoli which makes it so nutritious and there are many such things in broccoli. Kiwi is one of the best sources of vitamin C which has great antioxidant properties i.e. it can protect from cell damage and also from the harmful effects of aging. It is also one of the fruits which are very rich in fiber content which is great for the digestive system and related issues like constipation and appetite management and has high levels of potassium which is great for the heart and helps counter high blood pressure. 

The development of shingles in pregnant women can be a great source of worry as it can have negative consequences on the fetus. Shingles is a viral infection caused by the Varicella Zoster virus. The development of shingles in pregnant women is rare but possible. However, it can be treated effectively using antiviral drugs like Famciclovir, Acyclovir, Valacyclovir etc. and these drugs can be safely taken in pregnancy. Moreover, anti-inflammatory drugs like Aspirin etc. can help with the pain and irritation and a combination of antiviral and anti-inflammatory can ensure successful treatment of the infection.
